I'm excited to share some updates in regards to our studio opening again! Starting May 2, 2020 we will resume scheduling outdoor sessions. With the weather warming up now is a great time to start thinking about scheduling for outdoor photos.
The studio will TENTATIVELY reopen May 5 following the Governors guidelines for salons, massage therapists, etc. We will be implementing some strict policies and adhering to any additional guidelines that come out during this time.
Prior to each session I will be asking you screening questions in addition to the updates to my portrait agreement that will need to be signed as well.
If anyone in your family has a fever or is showing signs of illness (even if it is just suspected allergies) we will need to reschedule. Any one who arrives to their session showing signs of illness will be rescheduled. I know it's hard to tell with little ones but this part will be enforced.
Outdoor sessions:
-maintain distance of 6 feet or greater
-there will be no physical contact from me
-minimal use of props/blankets and anything used will be sanitized/laundered after
-masks will be worn by myself and any assistants, it is highly encouraged for clients to also bring a mask to wear if they are not participating in the session (parents for child only sessions)
-sessions are limited to group guidelines (10 or less, so no extended family sessions at this time) and only participants (child(ren) and one guardian are permitted for child only sessions, no additional observers permitted
-wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival and after session is over
Indoor studio sessions:
-Immediate family only
-24-48 hours between clients
-No pets or outside props
-Use masks
-Sanitize surfaces
-Shoes removed at the door
-Wash hands upon arrival
-Props and fabrics sanitized and steamed after use
-Maintain distance as much as possible. Parents are asked to help pose children to minimize contact
As always please let me know if you have any questions at all. I am excited to see everyone soon!
